By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the win36 platform — including the website at win36.app, any associated mobile applications, and all games, services, and features offered therein — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the win36 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

win36 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) win36 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your win36 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. win36 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win36 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your win36 account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified win36 of unauthorized access.

• Notify win36 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password for your win36 account and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Do not access your win36 account from shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session.
• win36 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

win36 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

win36 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at win36's discretion. All transactions are processed in PHP and no currency conversion fees are charged by win36 for PHP transactions.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your win36 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. win36 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes once approved. win36 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the win36 account.
• win36 may impose withdrawal limits at its discretion, which will be communicated to affected players.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.
• win36 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Deposits must be used for gaming purposes. win36 is not a financial institution and must not be used as a payment processing intermediary.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all win36 promotions:

All games available on win36 — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, table games, poker, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant game information page. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

win36 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and conducted by trained dealers in accordance with standard casino rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, win36 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. win36 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win36 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with win36 games or services.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the win36 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any win36 content without prior written consent from win36.

Any unauthorized use of win36 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win36 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the win36 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the win36 platform.
• Technical malfunctions, errors, or omissions in game outcomes.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

win36's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win36 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The win36 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. win36 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with win36 informally by contacting our customer support team. win36 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Philippine law. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
